Sip your way across the country! As the sun sets over the iconic ruins of Ariel-Foundation Park, enjoy a guided tasting of distinctive regional American spirits—from smooth Tennessee whiskey and bold Kentucky bourbon to North Carolina’s legendary Climax Moonshine, New Jersey’s historic Laird’s Applejack, and vibrant American craft gin, Four Corners. Enjoy music, tasting notes, and light bites in a relaxed, open-air setting an evening that celebrates the rich flavors and stories behind some of America’s most iconic liquors.

Ticket required for admittance into the venue and includes tasting flight, non-alcoholic refreshments, and light appetizers. A separate ticket is available for those who do not wish to participate in the tasting. Additional bar drinks available for cash/charge. Space is limited. Lawn seating available outside the venue for music enjoyment at no cost. Event will be held rain or shine.

 Ariel-Foundation Park, located in Mount Vernon, Ohio, is a 250-acre civic park that offers a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors of all ages.

Visiting Hours

Ariel-Foundation Park is officially open April 1 through November 15. Some areas of the park are accessible to pedestrians year-round. Daily hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. There are no admissions or parking fees. The Rastin Observation Tower, park museum, picnic pavillions, trails and other park features are free and open to the public. The Rastin Observation Tower is open during winter months, as long as weather allows. Access to the tower is allowed between sunrise and sunset and controlled by a light sensor.
