Located along the south side of The Lakes, The Woods offer a cool and calming environment.
Originally a no-mans land of tangled trees, brush, and debris, it benefitted from a major clean up effort and is now an enjoyable, natural scenic area of the park. Several species of native trees and plants are found in The Woods, providing the perfect shade. Whether you’re walking, bird watching, or just relaxing, The Woods is a perfect place to rest.
